Credit Card Security: Our Internet credit card processing is administered through the UK's largest independent Payment Service Provider Sage Pay, which provides secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions for thousands of online and mail order businesses across the UK. This means that your card details are securely managed and processed with the absolute minimum risk to credit card security.
For customers who would rather not order on-line, we can take orders by telephone between the hours of 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday, on 020 8459 2245.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without giving you prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions and we would advise you to do so on each occasion you visit this site. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website.
All our products are sold in accordance with the manufacturer's guarantee. Guarantees do not include damage or failure to work caused by neglect or accidental damage after purchase. Should you have any problems with our products or services you can contact the customer services team between 9am-3pm Monday to Friday on 020 8459 2245. We will acknowledge your contact within 3 working days, and will offer a response within 5 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We have taken great care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Site are correct at the time of entering onto the Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Although we aim to keep the Site as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Site at a particular time may not always reflect the product exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy.
By law you are entitled to a cooling off period of 7 working days beginning on the day after you receive the products. During such time you are entitled to cancel the order and return the products to us (at your own cost and in an unused condition), whereupon we will refund the purchase price of the goods in full.
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported in writing (email acceptable) within 7 days of delivery. Payment will be refunded on receipt and inspection of goods. Refunds are on goods only.
Shipping And Handling:
UK Standard delivery is offered at £3.99 up to 2kg or £7.99 up to 5kg. For single packs of pheromone refills only, £0.99. Next Day delivery available on phone orders only - call 020 8459 2245.
International shipping is charged by zone: standard charge for EU @ £22; rest of world @ £45; for further details please call +44 20 8459 2245 during UK business hours.
Our delivery aim is two working days for all orders received by 2pm (orders received after 14:00 on Thursday can be expected to arrive on the following Tuesday)
Orders over £100.00 value are delivered to UK addresses free of charge, on the UK Standard tariff.
Royal Mail Special Delivery service is available on request. Please note, orders must be received before 2pm Monday to Thursday, in order to be delivered the following day, as Special Delivery service does not operate on weekends.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we are usually able to back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order with a refuns of the relevant sum if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT will be included in the price charged. Export sales may or may not be subject to tax, depending on order type and international trading laws.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address and credit/debit card details.
- We collect information about you for 2 reasons: first, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
